Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

OMEGA STRIKE is built so your training data stays yours. This policy covers the OMEGA STRIKE app for iPhone and Apple Watch and the omegastrike.app website, operated by Marian Mosnegutu.

The short version

• Your workouts live on your device and in your own private iCloud.
• We run no ads, no analytics, and no tracking across apps or websites.
• We never sell your data. We could not — we do not have it.

Workout data

Everything you log — workouts, sets, exercises, protocols, progress — is stored locally on your device. If you use the iCloud backup feature, backups are written to your own private iCloud storage, tied to your Apple Account. We do not operate servers that receive or store your training data, and we cannot access your iCloud content.

Health data

With your permission, OMEGA STRIKE integrates with Apple Health: it can save finished workouts to Health, read runs, walks and step counts from Health so they appear in the app, read heart-rate data from your Apple Watch during live workouts, and read limited profile details (such as year of birth) to support heart-rate features. Health data is handled on your device under Apple's HealthKit rules. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and it is never used for advertising.

Workout location

If you grant location permission, OMEGA STRIKE stores a single coordinate at the start of each workout to power the workout map, a premium feature that shows where you trained. This data is stored only on your device and in your private iCloud backup; it is never transmitted to us or to any third party. You can decline the permission, or revoke it at any time in iOS Settings, without losing any functionality.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. To manage subscriptions and unlock premium features, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-infrastructure provider, which processes purchase receipts and a device identifier (the identifier-for-vendor) on our behalf. This is used solely to validate and restore purchases.

The website

omegastrike.app uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider (DreamHost) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and operations, as virtually all web servers do.

YouTube

We publish our own promotional videos to the OMEGA STRIKE YouTube channel with an internal tool that uses YouTube API Services. It signs in only to our own channel and does not access any visitor's or app user's YouTube account. It reads our channel's basic details, uploads our videos, and reads view counts and comments on our own videos. That data stays on our own computer and is never sold or shared. By watching our videos you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to our tool can be revoked at any time at Google security settings.

Your choices

• Health access can be granted or revoked anytime in iOS Settings > Health.
• Location access is optional and can be granted or revoked anytime in iOS Settings.
• iCloud backup is optional and controlled from the app's settings.
• Deleting the app deletes its on-device data; your iCloud backups remain under your control in your iCloud storage.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
