Terms of Use

Effective July 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of the OMEGA STRIKE app for iPhone and Apple Watch, operated by Marian Mosnegutu. By using the app you agree to them. The app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use OMEGA STRIKE on Apple devices you own or control, for your own training. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.

Premium and subscriptions

• OMEGA STRIKE Premium is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (billed through your Apple Account) and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions).
• Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase and may vary by region. Where a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when a purchase completes.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Train smart

OMEGA STRIKE is a training log, not a medical device and not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and use weights you can handle safely. You train at your own risk.

Your data

Your training data is stored on your device and, if you enable backup, in your own iCloud. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including training outcomes or data loss.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
